So these weeks we are all working on our group projects, so i wanna talk about something we did in our groups.Although we are all in a face to face class, but we don't have plans to meet after class so it is very important for us to know what each group members should do .We discuss a lot in class can we clarlify each one's job and also we created a discussion group in group me.Five of us are going to write for the group project and one of us will do the website part.After finish we will discuss the website and recheck it together to make there is no problem there. from  Nayyab Group of Industries

Nowadays piracy is becoming a very big problem. Piracy means someone don;t have rights to publish other's working results, it include book, magazine,radio clips and films also video games .Although many countries already said piracy is illegal, but there are still a lot of people trying to do the piracy behavior and this caused a lot of lose. According to the disc organization in 1985, privacy behavior let those legally publishing house lost more than billions of dollars. Because of the technology is developing, make a copy is becoming more and more easy, so this cause some developing countries have more pirvacy than devolped countries.There is no question that piracy is illegal, but it is really hard for people to stop it. from iStock

   So i think reddit is a good website for people to view that they are interested in, people can get newest news on this web though other's share and they can also discuss what they think about the news on this website, so i think this make a bog difference between reddit and regular new website. Also reddit is based on what their users are interested in and vote for those things. People share their links and others can vote for that. You can agree with the point of view for those links and also people can disagree with it. Good links will stay from  PNG on the top side of the reddit, and those links people think they are bad will disappear because it will be covered by new links when time pass. So this will make reddit become a website where can provide most popular and newest news, when the links appear on the website , it can stay on the top of the website fora a long time and it also disappear in very short time,that's why reddit is becoming more and more popula...

So although we do a lot of things online new. we still need a lot of teamwork, so it is very important for us to improve teamwork skills. I think the most important part is to communicate with each other in the group, speak out everyone's point of view and also teammates need to know what each others are good at and let everyone work on their best part. The most important thing for communication is to listen to what teammates' opinion so teammates can discuss with each other to get the best option for the team. Team members can share their opinions and combine their opinions together to find out a better solution . When a team member have a bad idea or the opinion is not suit for the team, team members should encourage him instead of blame him, so others will more willing to share their opinions, that's how i think about how to have better teamwork. image from icgpm.net
